A Private Equity owned business, Coleman’s Group, were facing competing business pressures. They engaged Premium Strategies to conduct a forensic review of the entire program as part of their due diligence strategy. Premium Strategies identified some concerning past history of claims management.

As a result we successfully lodged an appeal to iCare NSW on behalf of the business and negotiated a refund in the order of $200k. Premium Strategies continues to remain involved on a yearly retainer to oversee the businesses workers compensation program, which ensures optimum claims and WHS performance.
