Premium Strategies were engaged by Youthworks, a medium sized not for profit organisation, when their premium was at the maximum capped amount payable. The CFO and CEO were keen to arrest this trend to support their organisations mission further.

Premium Strategies worked alongside the WHS and HR Teams to provide strategic oversight of their workers compensation program. This included assistance with reporting, premium and claim management and overall policy direction.

In our first year working with this business we halved their premium from $120,000 and have maintained it at this level for the following two policy years.

We have also overseen a tender process for this business to move insurer who understands and responds to their unique needs in a proactive and timely manner.
