How we helped

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is an Australian non-profit organisation that provides therapies, life skills programs, equipment and support for people living with cerebral palsy and their families. The management team saw the need to engage a workers compensation specialist with strong insurer contacts as they transitioned their business from one insurer to another. Working closely with their Safety and Environment Manager we facilitated a smooth transition ensuring there were no knowledge gaps along the way. We assisted with the transfer of appropriate policy structure, tariff classifications and premiums plus implemented an agreed process for the lodgement and management of claims. Preferred providers were engaged, and regular reporting was established, along with quarterly onsite claim reviews.

Premium Strategies continued our support with technical advice and strategic direction of the entire workers compensation program. Our involvement resulted in a collaborative approach amongst all parties, successful transfer of knowledge, reductions in cost of claims and significant premium savings.
